I have MBC. I take each day as it comes. Make a daily list of chores I want to accomplish. If they get done, great; if not, something for the next day. I meditate; make my bed; dress (I never know when someone will drop in). I decided to change my hair style. That made me feel great about myself. Today was day after Infusion so watched a series on Netflix (mental health day). Getting caught up on some mail. Taking it easy, but not really sick. I hope this helps. OH! Eliminate as much negativity as you can.

I was thinking of you and your journey. Is this the first time you have gone through this? I have and I am very close to a person who knew a lot about her2 and positive estrogen,. I can't tell you not to be scared but I do want you to know I think this will pass as it did for me. I am praying for you and your journey. My friend told me to think of it as a horrible job for a year. Thats what it was. I'm here if you have any questions. Ittlbok.....
