Hjtobar, I noticed that your mother doctor at one point called your mother's cancer "terminal". I really wish doctors would not use that type of description as unless death is immentent then he really does not know if it is really terminal. I am sort of the poster boy for this as they could have called me terminal several times since I have hit the 5% probability 5 times in a row. I tell people that statistically speaking I'm dead, but I assure you I am very much alive. You mother has a good chance for survival as research is developing new treatments and drugs all of the time. If your mother's doctor continues to see her as "terminal" then it may be time for a second opinion. You might try a hospital or clinic associated with a research center or medical school as they will know about the latest developments and treatments that can help your mother. Good luck.
