debsweb18 - read your comment about rhea suppositories. My question, where do you buy them? I googled for them and even Amazon didn't have them. Lots of other options but no suppositories. Judith jasko0September 2017

Thank you for your feedback on my question about sleep. Melatonin has been a big help to me, too, especially in staying asleep through the night. Do you find that the light from the TV bothers you at all?0March 2015

Thank you for the feedback on my question. Late night snacking can be a big stumbing block to weight loss. Research shows that when we are sleep deprived, we are even hungrier the next day, so it can become a vicious cycle.
Do you have any tips that worked for you when you were havig success and lost the 10 pounds? That is a good amount to lose, and often enough to make a major difference in our bodies.0March 2015 -
Thank you for answering so kindly. I am stupidly in the midst of self pity. I should be ashamed.0January 2015

Hi Debsweb18, March 2013 I had a bilaterial mastectomy with immediate silicone implants put in. I wasn't happy with the results 1 was larger then the other & they were very lopsided. I also Had radiation on the right side which damaged that side. So this surgery was reconstruction of everything I had a year ago, still have silicone implants, They are even & I actually have a cleavage which was a big thing for me. I am very happy with the outcome of this surgery, they only thing I may have to get is on my left breast at the bottom there is alittle extra skin, I may need liposuction if I want it done, I can do that at anytime or it can but cut off, but for now I am happy happy happy.....0May 2014

Hi there - sorry for the delay in responding to your question about how soon you can start to use essential oils after surgery. I started using them within hours after my surgery - also arnica - and had minimal bruising and no pain. If I can help you with more info, just let me know. Peppermint and wintergreen and also one called copaiba are all good for pain and anti-inflammation, just make sure the oils come from a trusted source, I wouldn't use oils from the health food shop.0April 2014

Do you worry lots that it can come back! I had two cancers one month apart all was found so early so what related maybe. Lots of estrogen! Hysterectomy and lymectomy for breast 2.1 mm so all I needed was radiation. Now I go back for my first mammo since all and I hope all is good. Its also time to go for colon so much to worry about. All I do is think about cancer very sad!0October 2012
