So, dying it pink was an epic failure. I'm going to start from scratch tonight. I'm sure I'm killing my hair. From what I've read online, I didn't leave the bleach in long enough when getting the purple out. The result was ORANGE hair and I put the pink on top of that. Looks like orange sherbert lol. I'll try again tonight.

Modern, I see you have mentioned feeling depressed. I want you to know that feeling depressed is not unusual for people on chemo. Chemo can effect serotonin levels in the brain which causes depression. A lot of cancer doctors do not know about this or do not look for it. I know about this first hand. I urge you to talk to your Dr. about this. Medications can help. You do not need to feel depressed. Medications can help you keep the positive spirit you need to continue your fight. Good luck.

Welcome to the site! If you have questions please ask, be patient sometimes it takes a little while for someone with the information you need to see your question.

I certainly don't know everything there is to know about all cancer treatments, but I have been through lot's of procedures, scans, treatments of different types and radiation, through the course of having cancer 3 times, so please feel free to ask anything you like of me.

There are others on the site that are a wealth of information that you will find valuable, so ask what you need, someone will have your answer. Also, please feel free to chime in on questions that you can share some of your experience with.

    Hope your doing well!
