GraGil: As I read your story, I was reminded of my PC journey. You can read my story on What Next. As you see our stories are similiar. After the radiation, I was started on Lupron & Casadex. I also went on Xgeva this past April. As to the ED, I tried the injections for several months with some short term success. I have discontinued those as I found them to offer deceasing help. It seems that the disconnect between the brain and the penis makes it very difficult. I have a current PSA of <.01, which I'm happy with. I expect to remain on hormone therapy for about 2 years yet. Work to keep your wife happy and accept your new life changes.
Maybe you will find better results than I have and I wish you the best. This PC sure is a life changer. Good Luck, a survivor, Ross
