You can't lose hope!!! Have you had any changes in your treatment lately? We have been a battle and we have to be strong soldiers. Prayer helps me when I feel down. The Lord feels so present and strong to my low spirit at times. He helps me know that I must trust my doctor and do what he says. I don't really have family support because I am a widow with no children. I do think it helps to talk with others. To see and know that life goes on... I was diagnosed 5 years ago too. I had lots of chemo, then stem cell transplant. I was wiped out for a year after the sct. No energy, just very tired.
I still am tired a lot. And I still take treatments. After being on some of the newer treatments lately, numbers still going up. So my doctor added Kyprolis (one of first treatments I was on).. I think I may feel a little better. Life gets hard sometimes, but I just turn to God for help and strength and wisdom...which I need every day. I wish you the best! Is there a Cancer support group anywhere near you...I am sure that would help. I don't have one near me, that's why I like to use this site. I wish you the best! Judy
