Thanks for the input, Peroll! I am almost 60 and have decided after this second time breast cancer that I don't want any more "If I could've would've" moments...so that's why I took the gutsy plunge into the goth world, LOL. But now I realize if I get used to this haircut, maybe the impending baldness won't be so shocking. I love the reaction I'm getting from the Mohawk, though. People my age mostly look disapproving, while young 20's & under seem to react positively every time--which is funny, because most of the time I seem to be ignored ("just another old lady") by the 20-somethings!
