Thank you so much for recognizing the similarities in our situation and for sharing your experiences.I would like to stay in touch. One question I have - I have been told that after my surgery, it is ideal to wait 6-months for complete internal healing before beginning radiation. Did you have any conversations at Mayo about this, as you began your radiation only 2 months after surgery. I think this is important when dealing with our agressive cancer. Thank you. Thank you for that explanation. Definitely gives me some areas to explore with my urologist. I do have Dr. Walsh's book and I find it to be a wonderful resource. He is excellent at explaining things in a way that a layman can understand it.
