dick I haven't heard much from you lately have you been doing ok on the zelboraf ? I couldn't handle that after 6 months went off it and am now on clinical trial for pd1 for 2-1/2b yrs and stable yay !!!!! just wondering how you are doing

Thanks for answering. I don't know how to use the site, but after looking at your journey i know how to post my story better. It is good to hear you are working all the angles, and I wish you well - really well.
i do have a question. I want to know how mouth radiation is. Can you tell me if there is a way to find people to ask?

Dear Dick_K, Thank you so much for your advice. Unfortunately, the oncologist is not worried about my husband not eating. He was not heavy to begin with, so I am worried. I will try to pursue the oncologist and see what she suggests. Thank you again. Good luck to you too.

My mom had melanoma, my best advice would be to get a
Good mohl. Doctor and be vigilant. If you feel your Dr is not
Checking you well enough change drs. And you will do well

So happy that Zelboraf is working for you. It is a shame that it cannot work for all with melanoma, I guess that goes for all cancer treatments. Will look into Hollings cancer center, no one here has ever mentioned that place to us and we were going to Charleston to the Dr. there. Thanks for the info.

Thank for answering my question. I think I am at stage IV too but not positive. Will ask on my next appointment.
