I need to know all you can tell me about bone marrow transplant. How long in hospital, how long before he could be around people again? How sick was he? I know everybody is different but I will have mine in the next month to month 1/2 . I will start the test next week to see if kidneys, heart and lungs are up to it. I have to have another port put in. And from there I have heard different stories. When did your husband have his? I have mantle cell lymphoma too. Diagosed Oct. 2010. Went through 2 different kinds of chemo, now in my 3rd round to get me in remission again so they can do the transplant. Just need answers, stories anything I can find out do's and don't before and after the transplant. Thanks
